PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Our project management is centered on strong management practice, good planning, control, coordination and leadership, to bring the drawing-board concept to reality on time, within budget and to the required standard.
Read MoreOur Methodology
Our approach combines disciplined cost management with hands-on project leadership, structured around two complementary methodologies.
Quantity Surveying Methodology
We analyze investments and developments for the guidance of our clients, working through a structured pre-contract and post-contract process. With sound preliminary cost advice, a realistic budget is prepared, incorporating feasibility studies that establish the parameters of the budget and how capital expenditure relates to projected project benefits and returns on investment. We provide a full system of budget estimating and cost planning to control expenditure, prepared by comparing alternative materials and designs in terms of capital, life-cycle, operating, maintenance and depreciation costs, ensuring the client receives better value-for-money in both design and construction, and that project cost is kept within the agreed budget.
Project Management Methodology
Our project management is centered on strong management practice, good planning, control, coordination and leadership, to bring the drawing-board concept to reality on time, within budget and to the required standard. This is achieved by coordinating the design team through the pre-tender stage to secure approved drawings meeting the client's brief; through the tendering stage to vet, select, negotiate and approve the right construction companies and specialty sub-contractors; and through the post-contract stage to ensure progress on site follows the approved programme of works, managing project risks that might cause delays or cost overruns, and monitoring workmanship and material quality against required specifications and standards. We then coordinate project closure, ensuring deliverables are complete, testing and commissioning is done, and all completion, warranty and compliance certificates are availed to the client, followed by user training so the client and staff are well-versed in operating installed equipment.
