Leadership
Prime Cost is led by a leadership team with a combined total of over 60 years of post-registration experience in Quantity Surveying and Project Management, spanning local and international markets.
Experience
Over 22 years of post-graduation experience in Quantity Surveying and Project Management, nationally and internationally: 10 years in consultancy in Kenya, 2 years with a main contractor in Seychelles, and 6 years as the main QS/PM consultant to the Cayman Islands Government. He has since 2021 served as Managing Director of Prime Cost Limited, overseeing daily company operations, coordination of pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services, and client liaison.

Experience
A registered Quantity Surveyor with over 24 years of post-registration experience in the construction industry. He has served as Partner at Meticular Consultants Ltd since October 2020, following senior roles as Construction Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor at Britam Properties Ltd, Manager of Projects & Administration at NIC Group, and Quantity Surveyor at Barker & Barton (Kenya).

She was previously Partner and Senior Quantity Surveyor at Barker & Barton (Kenya) LLP (2009 to 2026), with earlier roles at Amazon Consultants, Integrated YMR Partnership, CostekAlma and Construction Cost Consultancy, and now serves as Marketing Director of Prime Cost Ltd.
