In September 2026, Hannah Gathura, former Partner at Barker & Barton (Kenya) LLP, and Jensdy Muriithi, former Principal at Meticular Consultants Ltd, joined forces with Evans Simiyu, Principal at Prime Cost Ltd, to establish a single, full-service Cost Management and Project Management consultancy. Quantity Surveying
We analyze investments and developments for the guidance of our clients, working through a structured pre-contract and post-contract process. With sound preliminary cost advice, a realistic budget is prepared, incorporating feasibility studies that establish the parameters of the budget.
Project Management
Coordinating the design team through the pre-tender stage to secure approved drawings meeting the client's brief; through the tendering stage to vet, select, negotiate and approve the right construction companies and specialty sub-contractors; and through the post-contract stage to ensure progress on site follows the approved programme of works.
